What are the age restrictions at Metro Gallery?

Shows at Metro Gallery range from all ages to 21 and Up.  If a show has an age restriction it will be listed on the website.  Underage drinking is not tolerated  and you will be kicked out of the venue and permanently banned from the venue if we find you breaking this rule.  No exceptions.

State issued ID is required of all guests over the age of 18. If you are under the age of 16 you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

There are NO exceptions to the listed age restrictions on our shows.  Each event has the age restriction noted.  

 

When do shows start?

Check your tickets or our website for that night’s start time.  Start time is typically 30 minutes to 60 minutes after door time.

 

Where should I park?

There are two pay to park lots on our block.  The prices vary by day but usually are between $2-$10.  There is also street parking all around the venue.  Be sure to check the meters to see what time they stop charging.

 

Where can I get tickets to Metro Gallery shows?

Online:

Tickets are available here on our site.  Just click on the TICKETS button next to the show you wish to attend and follow the prompts.  The bar code sent to your email via ETIX is your ticket.  You can either print this out or show it to us on your phone. (Bonus points if you turn the screen brightness up for us!)  You must have photo ID at the door.

 

Buying tickets at the door:

You may buy tickets (if they are still available) at the door.  We accept cash or credit at the door.  Credit is charged a $1 service fee.

 

When are you open?

Metro Gallery is open on show nights only.  Please check your tickets or our website for Door and Show times.

 

How do I book my band at Metro Gallery?

If you are a band interested on playing Metro Gallery please contact [email protected] with:

-Website (include social media sites)

-Date you are looking for

-Past local show history

-Possible local bands that could join your bill

 

We get a ton of emails every day and we do read all of them.  But due to the heavy volume we are not always able to respond to each and every email.  If we do not get back to you – please take this as a polite “Sorry, we can’t book this show with you at this time” and try back in a few months.  We are a 240 capacity room please keep that in mind when seeking booking with us.

 

How do I apply to have an art exhibition at Metro Gallery?

Email [email protected] and include a link to your website.  Please note due to the nature of our space we do not show sculptural work or artwork that involves amplified sound.

 

Is the Metro Gallery handicap accessible?

Do you have a lost and found?

Yes.  Please either stop by when we are open or email [email protected].  Please remember, we are not responsible for items lost or stolen at the Metro Gallery.  If it is valuable to you, it is probably safer at home or in your car.

 

Do you rent out Metro Gallery for private events?

We host all types of events including, but not limited to:

  • Fundraisers
  • Film premieres and showings
  • Private parties
  • Speaking events
  • After-parties
  • Corporate meetings & events

 

We do not host weddings, wedding receptions or baby showers.
